| How does Coaching differ from therapy, consulting or mentors? |
Let's say you wanted to learn to drive a car. Here is what your experience
would look like working with each of these professionals:
Therapist The therapist would help you find out what might be holding you back
from driving the car. He would delve into your past to discover what kinds of
experiences you have had with automobiles.
Consultant The Consultant would bring you an owner's manual and tell you
everything you ever wanted to know about the workings of a car. The consultant
would then leave you. She might return six month later to see how you had
managed the actual driving part.
Mentor The mentor would share her experiences of driving cars and the wisdom
and lessons she had learned in her more rich experience with the matter.
Coach The coach would seat you in the driver's seat, get into the passenger seat
and help you strategize, explore, clarify, encourage, endorse, acknowledge and
support you until you felt comfortable enough to go it alone!

clients feel at ease and enjoy the flexibility of working over the phone. The
sessions last 45 minutes each and is supplemented by unlimited email coaching
in between.
Couples and Group sessions are generally held in person.
The length of the Coaching relationship varies. Clients who work with a Coach for
at least 3 months see a tremendous demonstration of change in their lives.
However, dramatic results can happen in shorter spans of time.

LEVEL 1: Clarity Session
Introductory Coaching Session—includes an overall life evaluation coupled with a
goal and strategy session. Unlimited email support for one week following the
session. 1½ -hours session. All material included.
LEVEL 2: Building A Solid Foundation Sessions
One month of empowerment coaching sessions—one introductory session (1 ½
hours), 3 regular sessions (45 minutes each) and unlimited email support. All
sessions must be completed within 2 months of the introductory session. All
material included
LEVEL 3: Success Builder Sessions
Three months of empowerment coaching sessions—one introductory session (1
½ hours), 11 regular sessions (45 minutes each) and unlimited email support. All
sessions must be completed within 4 months of the introductory session. All
material included. BONUS: Half-priced admission to the next Live Sublime
workshop.
